Does it work with my existing camera?

Yes, if the camera supports an RTSP stream with at least 1080p resolution and 15 FPS. Before the quote we do a free technical check and tell you whether a replacement is needed.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Offline operation is in development. The goal is for the Rivikon SmartBridge device to recognise plates and open the barrier locally using a cached whitelist and tariffs, and for all events to sync automatically once the connection is restored.

Is it GDPR compliant?

Yes. We store only the licence plate and timestamp, not the driver's identity. Data is encrypted, accessible only by authorised operators, with a full audit log. The right to erasure is built into the dashboard.

How flexible is pricing for end customers?

You configure hourly, flat, tiered or night tariffs per zone, with grace periods (e.g. 15 minutes free) and daily caps. Changes take effect immediately - no support involvement.

What barrier hardware do you support?

Any model with a relay contact - CAME, Nice, FAAC, BFT and all Bulgarian manufacturers. If you already have a barrier installed, we simply connect to it - you don't buy a new one.

How many sites can I manage from one account?

No limit. Each site is a separate zone with its own tariff plan, roles, cameras and reports, but is accessed from the same login. Mall operators use the same mechanism for 20+ sites.

Is there a mobile app?

The dashboard is a progressive web app - it runs directly in the browser on a phone or tablet, with no install from the App Store or Google Play. Add it to the home screen with one tap.
