Controlled access for every truck and supplier

Service vehicles, suppliers and trucks enter only if they're authorised. Rivikon recognises the plate at the gate, keeps a full log and guards the gate without a live attendant at the barrier.

The challenge

Many vehicles, security requirements

Through a warehouse or depot gate pass staff, suppliers and heavy trucks. Manual checking slows things down, and without a trace it's hard to prove who entered and when. For sites with truck stays and overnight parking, see also the solution for truck parking.

Without Rivikon

A guard, phone calls and truck queues

  • Manual checking of every vehicle
  • Truck queues at the gate
  • No reliable trace of entries
  • A round-the-clock guard at the barrier
With Rivikon

Automatic and traceable access

  • Authorisation by licence plate
  • The gate open on a working schedule
  • One-off passes for planned deliveries
  • A full log with a photo of every entry
  • A gate without a round-the-clock guard
How it helps

Built for logistics and production

Access for trucks and suppliers

Authorised carriers enter automatically. A one-off pass for a planned delivery - a plate and a valid-from/to window, entered in 30 seconds; it expires by itself.

The gate on a working schedule

Weekdays 08:00-17:00 - free passage; outside that - only authorised. Separate rules for Saturday and Sunday. The system also reads foreign (EU) plates.

Zones with different permissions

An outer gate for trucks plus an inner zone or store for staff only - with a card or PIN at the door and an audit for every access point.

An "N at once" quota

A carrier with a contract for two docks: their third truck waits outside. A limit on how many cars under one permission can be inside at the same time.

Video surveillance

Streaming and a photo on every entry - for security and for delivery disputes.

A "visitor book"

Which truck, when, with a photo - every entry and exit recorded, searchable and with CSV export for inspections. The old lists are imported during migration.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions about warehouses and depots

If you can't find your question - write to us and you'll get an answer very soon.

How do we let in a one-off delivery?

The dispatcher enters the truck's plate and a validity (for example today 10:00-16:00) in about 30 seconds. The truck enters automatically within that window, and the right expires by itself - no one cleans lists.

Can the gate be free during working hours?

Yes. The gate can run in open mode on a schedule - for example weekdays 08:00-17:00 free, outside that only authorised vehicles - with separate rules for Saturday and Sunday.

What is left as a trace?

Every entry and exit is recorded with a photo - a true "visitor book", searchable and with CSV export for audits and delivery disputes.

We have 3 depots - is it one system?

Yes. One company manages all depots with a shared overview and aggregated reports, while permissions are per site - the team at one depot sees only its own.
