What is Rivikon?
Rivikon is a Bulgarian access control software platform. One shared platform powers products for car parks (licence plate recognition), buildings (RFID, turnstiles) and high-security sites (facial recognition).
Is Rivikon only for car parks?
No. Parking and gyms are live today. Buildings (cards and turnstiles) and high security (facial recognition) are in development, but build on the same platform.
How does Rivikon's technology work?
At the entrance there is a camera or reader connected to a local device (Rivikon SmartBridge). It recognises who you are, makes an access decision in under a second and syncs everything with a cloud dashboard that holds the rules, users and reports.
Does the system work without internet?
Offline operation is in development. The goal is for the local device to make decisions with cached rules and a whitelist, so the entrance does not stop when the connection drops, and events sync automatically once the internet is back.
How much does Rivikon cost?
The price depends on the product and the site - the number of entrances, the cameras or readers needed and the features you choose. You start with a free demo, after which we prepare a specific quote for your site.
