How does a member get in at 3 in the morning?
They hold their card, fob or QR code to the reader on the turnstile. The local Rivikon SmartBridge device checks their rights and unlocks in under a second, and the entry is written to the log. Nobody is on the desk.
What happens when a membership runs out?
Every access right carries a valid-until date and stops on its own the day it expires - nobody cleans up lists by hand. If you keep memberships in separate software, a link to it is built on request through the API.
Can one person let a friend in on the same card?
A full-height turnstile lets one person through per rotation, so sharing a card does not physically work. The log shows whose card was used and at what time.
What if a member forgets their card?
You issue them a temporary pass in a minute, straight from your phone - valid for a few hours or for the day, after which it expires on its own.
