Terms of Service
1. General
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Rivikon ("Rivikon", "we") and any individual or legal entity that uses the rivikon.bg website or the services provided by Rivikon.
2. Scope of service
Rivikon is a SaaS platform for parking management with AI license-plate recognition, automatic barrier control, occupancy and revenue reporting. The service is offered in three tiers: Basic, Pro and Enterprise.
3. Registration and accounts
Dashboard access requires an account created after signing a contract. The user is responsible for the security of their credentials and for any actions taken under their account.
4. Pricing and payment
- Monthly fees are billed in advance, on the 1st of each month.
- All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Payments delayed by more than 14 days trigger service suspension.
- One-time installation fees are paid before go-live.
5. Service level (SLA)
For the Pro tier we guarantee 99.5% monthly availability of the cloud dashboard. For Enterprise - 99.95%. Planned maintenance is announced at least 72 hours in advance. Local Rivikon SmartBridge functionality (plate recognition, barrier control) does not depend on the cloud.
6. Hardware
Hardware (cameras, Rivikon SmartBridge, power supplies) is sold or leased. Manufacturer warranty applies - typically 2 years. Damage due to misuse or external factors (lightning, floods) is not covered.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the site and in the software (code, design, text, images) is owned by Rivikon. Copying, distribution or modification without written consent is prohibited.
8. Liability
Rivikon is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from temporary service unavailability. Maximum liability for any damage is capped at the amount paid by the customer in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the customer receives an export of their data (CSV / Excel) and data is deleted after 90 days.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes are resolved by the competent Bulgarian court at Rivikon's registered address.
