Terms of Service
1. General provisions
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Rivikon (hereinafter "Rivikon", "we") and any natural or legal person who uses the website rivikon.bg or the services provided by Rivikon.
2. Subject of the service
Rivikon is a SaaS platform for parking management with AI licence plate recognition, automatic barrier control and occupancy and revenue reporting. The service is provided in three packages: Basic, Pro and Enterprise.
3. Registration and account
An account is required to use the dashboard, created after a contract is signed. The user is responsible for the security of their credentials and for all actions carried out under their account.
4. Prices and payment
- Monthly fees are charged in advance, on the first day of each month.
- All prices are stated excluding VAT, unless otherwise noted.
- A payment delay of more than 14 days leads to a temporary suspension of the service.
- One-off installation fees are paid before going into operation.
5. Service level (SLA)
For the Pro package we guarantee availability of the cloud dashboard of 99.5% on a monthly basis. For the Enterprise package - 99.95%. Planned outages are announced at least 72 hours in advance. The local functionality of the Rivikon SmartBridge device (recognition, opening the barrier) does not depend on the cloud.
6. Hardware
The hardware (cameras, Rivikon SmartBridge, power supplies) is sold or rented. The manufacturer's warranty applies - usually 2 years. Damage caused by improper use or external factors (lightning, floods) is not covered by the warranty.
7. Intellectual property
All content of the site and the software (code, design, texts, images) is the property of Rivikon. Copying, distribution or modification without written consent is prohibited.
8. Liability
Rivikon is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from a temporary unavailability of the service. Our maximum liability for any damage is limited to the amount paid by the customer over the last 12 months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice. On termination the customer receives an export of their data (CSV / Excel) and it is deleted after 90 days.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes are resolved by the competent Bulgarian court at Rivikon's registered seat.
