1. Who we are

2. What data we collect
- Site visitors: IP address, browser type, language, aggregated usage statistics.
- Prospects: name, email, phone, company, message - when you submit a demo or contact form.
- Dashboard users: email, role, login time and in-app actions (audit log).
- End parking users: license plate, timestamps, payment amounts. We do not collect names, IDs or any driver-identifying information.
3. Why we process this data
- To provide the service and control access.
- For revenue reporting and mandatory financial records.
- To communicate about quotes, updates and technical support.
- For security and abuse prevention.
4. How long we retain data
Prospect data - up to 24 months after the last contact. Parking operation data - per your plan (30 days for Basic, 12 months for Pro, custom for Enterprise). Financial records - 10 years, as required by Bulgarian law.
5. Who we share data with
We don't sell or rent your data for marketing. We use the following processors:
- Cloud hosting (EU) - for operational data storage.
- Email provider - for transactional messaging.
- Accounting - for invoicing (contact data and amounts only).
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, portability, and object. Email info@rivikon.bg - we respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
The site uses strictly necessary cookies only (language preference and form session). No marketing or tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics, this section will be updated and a consent banner will appear.
8. Security
Data is stored encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access to admin systems requires two-factor authentication. We run regular audits and penetration tests.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes are announced by email to registered users at least 14 days in advance.
10. Supervisory authority
